🦙 This position is embedded in the ALPACA project that aims at expanding access to implanted BCIs for individuals with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. The project will combine EEG, fMRI, and cutting‑edge analysis methods to develop a validated, low-burden assessment tool for determining iBCI eligibility.
🔍 The PhD candidate will work on:
– Acquiring and analyzing EEG and 3T fMRI data
– Identifying EEG features predictive of cortical activation
– Building an integrated assessment pipeline for iBCI eligibility
– Contributing to software that can be used broadly in research and clinical settings
